TRADE AND INDUSTRY POLICIES

Imports

As a rule, if it can be made or grown, then we must make it or grow it in Australia. We will not import anything that undermines the local Australian producer. It serves no purpose to import products that ultimately lead to the loss of Australian jobs. Imports will not be banned and items or products that we need can be imported, but our aim is to ultimately reduce all imports by having a local product available.

We will encourage foreign companies to open factories in our country to make their goods here. We can incentivise them by allowing them to keep most of their profits. The advantage to us is that we have more people in the workforce. Our whole society is based upon having a healthy and viable work force, that contributes their wages to the economy and their taxes to the government.

Exports

Exports are a major contributor to the Australian economy; without them we would be in big trouble. It is therefore in everyone’s interest that we assist our exporters in maintaining and opening new markets for their goods and services. We must reduce the red tap bureaucracy and tax impediments to help our companies with their exports.

Wine Exports

There is a glut of wine currently, so demand is low and the price is low making it difficult for producers to make a profit. We should do everything we can to increase our wine exports, including removing any taxes that may apply to exports, such as the WEC – Wine Export Charge.

Live Animal Exports

We will lift any bans placed upon the live animal export trade. We will expect the industry to tighten up its standards to ensure that any animal being transport is not submitted to any unnecessary harm or distress.

Resources and Minerals

Our resource sector almost single handily keeps the Australian economy afloat. It is important that we do everything we can to assist our resource sector to maintain existing trade routes and to help establish new ones.

Industry And Manufacturing

The Government must enter into a partnership of cooperation with the private sector, by working with, providing practical support and actively working to reduce all bureaucracy, that impedes all small, medium and large businesses. Our large corporations should be lauded and not maligned or used as cash cows to bail out incompetent governments. It is only through collaboration that we can rebuild the Australian manufacturing sector.

Holden Car Manufacturing Plant

As an example, the private sector will not invest in a new Australian car industry, simply because of the perceived anti-combustion rhetoric, idiotic climate change targets, costly and unnecessary bureaucracy, uncompetitive industrial and employment laws, unrealistic employment conditions and wages. When confronted with this, it is far easier to open a factory in another country where these impediments do not exist.

We will set up a new Holden car plant and design and manufacture Australian cars. The spin offs from this will be the HSV Holden Special Vehicles designing race cars and track cars. Also, we will create the Possum Works, which will design and build the new fireproof fighting tank and fireproof support vehicles.

Purpose Built Race Track Facility

We will design and build a purpose-built race track for “formula one” and “down under le mans” This will include an airstrip, hotels and shopping centre.

Hobby Business

$20,000 maximum threshold tax free in addition to any personal income received via a full time PAYG employment. This is designed for persons operating a hobby business at weekends. They can earn up to $20,000 without having to declare or pay any tax. A Hobby Business that has an annual turnover greater than $20,000 must register as either a sole trader or Pty Ltd and apply for an ABN. GST registration is optional. Hobby businesses must be encouraged as they are the basis from which we get our future entrepreneurs.

Small Business

These may be sole-traders or companies. These entities make up the majority of businesses in Australia and are responsible for employing some five million workers. These businesses have the least amount of support, are the most effected negatively by government bureaucracy and pay some of the highest taxes. Without these businesses Australia will struggle, so it is important that we remove all unnecessary bureaucracy, reduce their taxes, provide tax free thresholds and encourage them to trade and be successful. Employment laws need to be changed to help businesses to employ people, but not be stuck with them when things go wrong. No one has a god given right to a job, so forcing small business to adhere to the same set of rules that a large corporation does, is not fair.

Corporations

These are generally your medium to very large businesses, that employ many people and may be listed on the stock exchange. Big or small all businesses must be able to benefit from the pro-business government policies and big corporations should not be singled out for special treatment, such as super taxes, just because they are successful. Corporations have the money and resources to create new industries, which will be important if we are to become more self-sufficient in producing the goods that we need. Corporations will not invest unless they have the support and backing of the government. Governments that do not support business are actively working against the country.

Manufacturing

Australia must re-establish it manufacturing base. The moto should be, “if it can be made, then we must make it” here in Australia and not import it. By ensuring that the supply of manufacturing meets the demands of the people, we should be able to keep inflation under control, despite growing our economy.

Commerce

We have a strong and healthy finance sector, which will be enhanced by the government taking an active role in facilitating certain roles. We need to help grow our retail sectors to provide the goods that we need at reasonable prices. We need to support fully our farming sector to safeguard our food supplies.

Industry

Boosting our existing industries by implementing our future-plans for Australia, will require the raw materials that they produce. We need to ensure that the supply of raw materials and the products that they are turned into meet the needs of a growing Australia.

Proposed Possible Investment From Overseas Corporations

New industries that set up in our new cities will enjoy three years rates free.

VOLKS WAGON

Volks Wagon Germany is experiencing difficulties, with the decline of the German economy and the push for green business, Volks Wagon are finding hard to compete and have already as at 2024 planned to close-down their Polo manufacturing. Now this would be an opportunity to try and have their Polo division move to Australia, where we can build the Polo for the Australian market.

KNDS DEUTSCHLAND AND RHEINMETALL LEOPARD 2A TANK

We would like to enter in to a partnership with the German tank manufacturer KNDS to build Leopard 2 tanks in Australia. It is important that Australia has a viable tank industry, but there is no point in trying to develop our own, when it would be easier to build an established tank.

BOEING

Boeing are experiencing difficulties, so they may be open to setting up a helicopter design and manufacturing plant in Australia. As we want to design and build our own helicopters in our Possum works, having the support of an established helicopter manufacturer will help us to achieve our goals sooner. Boeing designed and built the H-47 Chinook, which will be the design variant of our AWT.

SMALL ARMS MANUFACTURERS

We want to work with an American arms manufacturer to open a plant in Australia, where we can manufacture our own small arms weapons and ammunition. In the event of war, we will need to ability to produce our own weapons and not rely upon imports. This plant can be set up in conjunction with our own weapons manufacturers.

JAPANESE MANUFACTURING

Due to our proposed partnership with Japan regarding our sovereign money debt funding, we want to expand our partnership by encouraging Japanese manufacturers to open plants in Australia, so that we can build those goods that we would normally import, here in Australia. From cars, electronic goods and submarines we want to build a partnership that benefits both our countries.
